Jacqueline Fahmy is a Value Engineering Expert , a VE trainer , a VE studies facilitator and Consultant approved from SAVE International .

She has 20 years experience in the applications of Value engineering and project management . Her master of Sciences was based on Project Management , Also her PhD was based on the application of Value Engineering

The first woman Certified Value Specialist in Africa and Middle East.
